We’re looking for a dedicated Support Engineer who can troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure a smooth experience for our users. You’ll work closely with customers, developers, and product teams to diagnose problems, resolve technical challenges, and maintain system reliability. With strong problem-solving skills and clear communication, you’ll be the bridge that keeps technology running seamlessly.

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Engineer who can troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure a smooth experience for our users. You’ll work closely with customers, developers, and product teams to diagnose problems, resolve technical challenges, and maintain system reliability. With strong problem-solving skills and clear communication, you’ll be the bridge that keeps technology running seamlessly.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage version control using Git and GitHub.

  • Develop AI-powered chatbots with Python.

  • Create animations with CSS and JavaScript.

  • Conduct usability testing for product improvements.

  • Build interactive prototypes with Figma.

  • Ensure cross-device compatibility for apps.

  • Create microservices architecture with Docker.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in web development

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

  • Experience with frameworks like React.js, Next.js or Vue.js is a plus

  • Familiar with Git, browser dev tools, and performance optimization

  • Understanding of UI/UX principles

  • Comfortable working with REST APIs / Headless CMS

  • Good communication and team collaboration skills

Bonus skilled:


  • Experience with Webflow or WordPress

  • Animation skills using GSAP or Framer Motion

  • Familiarity with SEO and accessibility best practices

  • Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
